BoondManager Connector

BoondManager is a French ERP system designed for consulting firms, digital services companies, and engineering firms. It centralizes sales management, tracking of consultants and their assignments, recruitment, time tracking, absences, expenses, and billing. It is widely used within the French digital services ecosystem, from small firms to groups with several thousand consultants.

BoondManager is used as an HR data source: it provides Youzer with the employee database. The following information is imported: last name, first name, employee ID, job title, contract type, start and end dates, line manager, and HR manager.

This information automatically triggers Youzer's processes. The connector is read-only: it does not modify anything in BoondManager.

• Onboarding: When a consultant joins the company, their accounts (email, collaboration tools, etc.) are automatically created.
• Offboarding: The end date of an assignment or contract triggers the suspension of access at the appropriate time.
• Access Review: Each manager approves access for their consultants.

When integrated with your application connectors (Active Directory, Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, etc.), BoondManager becomes the central hub for all your employees' accounts.

Configuration is done through Youzer using the login credentials provided by your BoondManager administrator. The data is then imported automatically and on a regular basis.
