Customer success manager

Are you looking for an exciting opportunity in customer relationship management within a dynamic information technology company? Do you have good interpersonal skills and a desire to support customers in their use of Youzer? We have an excellent opportunity for you!

As part of our growth, we are looking for a CSM (customer success manager) to strengthen our dynamic, human-sized team.

Your responsibilities
You will be the preferred point of contact for our customers, helping them to solve their technical problems and optimize the use of our solution.
Your role is essential to guarantee customer satisfaction and ensure a smooth user experience.
Your main responsibilities include in particular :

  • Provide high-quality technical support to users via chat or email.
  • Diagnose and solve software problems encountered by customers.
  • Ensure accurate data entry into the ticket management system.
  • Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions.
  • Work with technical teams to solve complex problems
  • Participate in training users on software functionalities.

Your profile:

  • BAC+4/5 or equivalent, with a specialization in IT or project management.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, experience in customer service, ideally in a technical environment, would be a plus.
  • Communication skills, both written and oral.
  • Analytical skills to diagnose problems quickly.
  • Knowledge of IT security technologies and directory systems (LDAP, Active Directory) would be an asset.

Full Stack Developer

As part of our growth, we're looking for a Full Stack Developer to strengthen our human-sized, committed technical team.

Your responsibilities
‍As
part of the tech team, you'll play an active role in developing and improving our SaaS solution Youzer.
Your main missions include:

  • Design, develop and maintain new functionalities for our platform.
  • Participate in continuous product improvement: redesign, performance, UX, security.
  • Collaborate with product and support teams to understand user needs and respond effectively.
  • Participate in technical choices, code reviews and service architecture.
  • Write clear documentation and maintain clean, tested code.

Your profile

  • BAC+4/5 in computer science or equivalent.
  • At least 3 years' experience as a full-stack developer in a SaaS or web environment.
  • Proficiency in at least one modern backend framework (Node.js, .NET, Django, etc.) and one frontend framework (Angular, React, Vue, etc.).
  • Good knowledge of databases (SQL / NoSQL), REST APIs and Git.
  • Autonomy, curiosity, rigor and team spirit.
  • Sensitivity to security, code quality and performance.
  • Knowledge of authentication and directory environments (OAuth2, SAML, LDAP, Active Directory) is a plus.

Job Requirements
Contract Type: Permanent Contract
Work Location: Paris (partial remote work or fully remote options available)
Salary: €40,000 - €60,000 depending on qualifications
Availability: Position available as soon as possible
