Responsibilities :
As Customer Success Manager at Youzer, you will play a key role in the follow-up and satisfaction of our customers. Your responsibilities will include:
- Ensure complete follow-up of customer relations, from integration to ongoing use of the Youzer platform.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by responding to their needs and solving their problems effectively and proactively.
- Help users make the most of the Youzer platform, by providing advice and personalized support.
Qualifications:

- Demonstrated experience in supporting customers, preferably in the field of information technology.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- IT skills are a real plus, as you'll be interacting with people from the IT department.

Integration & Customer Support Project Manager
Youzer, who are we?Youzer is an innovative start-up specializing in identity and authorization management (IAM). Our Saas solution is recognized for its simplicity and effectiveness in securing information systems. As part of our growth, we are looking for an Integration Project Manager to strengthen our dynamic, human-sized team.
Your responsibilities:Reporting directly to the Technical Director, you will be responsible for managing the integration and configuration of our Youzer solution within our customers' IT environments. Your main responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Analyze customer needs and guide customers in their choices to facilitate the implementation of the Youzer solution.
- Act as a key contact for customers throughout the project, ensuring transparent communication and responding to their needs and concerns.
- Ensure the technical and functional configuration of the solution in line with the customer's context.
- Support customers in their use of the solution.
- Guarantee customer satisfaction and follow-up by providing level 1 and 2 support.
Qualifications:
We are looking for a candidate with the following qualifications:
- BAC+3 or equivalent, with a specialization in IT or project management.
- At least 3 years' professional experience in IT project management, preferably in the field of information systems security.
- Good project management and organizational skills, you'll be working on several projects at the same time.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work as part of a team, collaborating with a variety of contacts (customers, technical teams, partners).
- You're a good listener and very comfortable communicating, with an ability to understand customer needs and respond proactively.
- Mastery of project management methodologies (e.g. Agile, Scrum) and project tracking tools (e.g. JIRA, Trello).
- Knowledge of IT security technologies and directory systems (LDAP, Active Directory) would be an asset.
