The Freshservice Requesters connector allows you to manage users of the "requesters" type. These are generally the internal end users authorized to make requests on your Freshservice instance.
With this connector, you can create requesters, disable, or modify information about requesters. The information you can obtain with this connector includes: email, address, the list of departments the user belongs to, job title, location_name, manager, last name, and first name. You also have access to the option "can see all tickets from associated departments" (can_see_all_tickets_from_associated_departments).

This connector works with the Freshservice APIs. To configure the connector, you will need to enter the API key that you obtained from the administration interface of your Freshservice instance. You will also need to enter the URL of your Freshservice instance in order to list all users and manage automatic creations with the Youzer Freshservice Requesters connector.
