What are Freshservice Requesters?

What can the Freshservice Requesters connector do?

The Freshservice Requesters connector allows you to manage requesters. These are usually the internal end-users authorized to make requests on your Freshservice instance.

So with this connector you can create requesters, deactivate or modify information about requesters. The information you can get with this connector are: email, address, list of departments the user is part of, jobtitle, location_name, manager, last name, and first name. You also have access to the option "can_see_all_tickets_from_associated_departments".

How does the Freshservice Requesters connector work?

This connector works with the Freshservice APIs. To configure the connector, you will have to fill in the API key that you will have obtained on the administration interface of your Freshservice instance. You will also have to fill in the url of your Freshservice instance in order to list all the users, manage the automatic creations with the Freshservice Requesters connector of Youzer.
