LockSelf connector

LockSelf is a French solution dedicated to protecting sensitive corporate and institutional data. CSPN certified by ANSSI, it offers a suite of tools for managing passwords, sharing files and storing documents in total security.

The main LockSelf modules include :

• LockPass: a centralized password manager that lets you create, encrypt and share strong credentials, facilitating access management throughout your organization.

• LockTransfer: a secure tool for sending and receiving large files, offering features such as password protection, download limit and document access suppression.

• LockFiles: a digital safe designed to protect sensitive documents and secure ongoing projects.

LockSelf also offers an analytical dashboard enabling IT security managers to track tool usage, analyze security practices and proactively manage sensitive data.

The Lockslelf connector automatically synchronizes user accounts between the Youzer platform and your Lockslelf environment. It provides secure, centralized access management, handling import, creation, activation and suspension of accounts. Please note: modification of existing users is not yet supported.information managed via this connector includes the standard Lockslelf fields, namely : firstName, lastName, email, expirationDate, isPresta (with or without service provider status), organizationIdand status. This data is used to create or update a user's status in Youzer, and to guarantee reliable tracking of access rights to the Lockslelf platform.

Authentication to the Lockslelf service is based on three elements: an instance URL, an AuthToken and an LSToken. These elements must be supplied during initial configuration of the connector in Youzer. Once configured, the connector connects to the Lockslelf API to perform authorized actions. During synchronizations, Youzer imports the list of Lockslelf users and can, as appropriate, create new accounts, activate or suspend existing ones. Each imported user is associated with standard attributes (firstName, lastName, emailetc.), enabling seamless integration with other connectors or business processes in your ecosystem.
