The MerciApp connector automatically imports your organization's users from MerciApp into Youzer. This connector is read-only, which means that no action (creation, modification or deletion) is performed in MerciApp from Youzer. The aim is to centralize the visibility of MerciApp accesses in Youzer, in order to better track who has an active account. During import, the data retrieved for each user includes: first name (firstName), the name (lastName), and e-mail address (email). This information allows you to enrich your user repository without manual intervention.
The connector uses the MerciApp API, with API key authentication. This key must be generated from the MerciApp administration interface, then entered in the connector configuration on Youzer. Once the key has been registered, Youzer regularly queries the MerciApp API to import the list of existing users. Each account is then integrated into Youzer with its essential attributes (first name, last name, email), without ever modifying the data in MerciApp. This approach guarantees reliable one-way synchronization, with no risk to the original data.
