By connecting
Altospam to Youzer, you will have an immediate view of all users who have an Altospam account. How is this possible? By connecting your HRIS and your IS (Active Directory) to Youzer. You thus connect all your employees, therefore users, to all accounts present in your IS. Youzer takes care of performing the account-user reconciliation automatically.
Configuration is done through Youzer using credentials provided by your Altospam administrator. Youzer regularly imports accounts from the console and assigns them to employees. For every new hire, transfer, or departure, Youzer prepares a request for the Altospam administrator and follows up until it is confirmed: every new email account is protected from day one, and you no longer pay for accounts belonging to employees who have left. No installation is required.
