TravelPerk Connector

TravelPerk is an online booking and management platform dedicated to business travel. It centralizes all aspects of business travel, from booking to management, including invoicing and VAT recovery, enabling companies to achieve significant savings on their annual travel budget.

TravelPerk's SaaS platform is accessible on the cloud and offers an intuitive interface for organizing travel, including options for flights, hotels, rental cars, and trains. It is available in several languages, including French, and is used by more than 5,000 companies worldwide.

The TravelPerk connector lets you manage all the users in your TravelPerk account directly from Youzer. It offers complete control of the user lifecycle, handling the following operations: import, creation, modification, suspension, activation and deletion. During synchronization, numerous attributes are retrieved or updated, including :

• identity : givenName, familyName, userName, title
• Organizational information : costCenter, company
• TravelPerk special features : travelPolicyand the list of approvals (values enriched from their emails)

This connector enables you to ensure that every employee has the right TravelPerk profile, with the right travel policy, the right validators and continuously updated information.

The connector works via TravelPerk's SCIM API, with API key authentication. This key must be generated from your TravelPerk administration space, then entered in the connector configuration in Youzer.Once configured, the connector is able to :

• Import existing users and synchronize them with Youzer users
• Automatically create new profiles in TravelPerk from Youzer
• Modify user information when it changes
• Activate or suspend accounts according to their HR status
• And delete accounts when necessary

Approvers (approvals) are automatically enriched by cross-referencing the identifiers with the e-mail addresses known in Youzer, guaranteeing consistency in the validation circuit.
