Google Sheets HR is a SaaS spreadsheet application that can be accessed from anywhere. Google Sheets allows you to make calculations and databases in a collaborative mode.
Google Sheets is part of the Google Workspace toolkit. Google Sheets is very similar to Excel, spreadsheets can be exported as .xls to be read in Excel and it is possible to import formats from Excel to Google Sheets.
The Google Sheets connector allows you to use a Google Sheets workbook as a source of HR data to import your users into Youzer. This connector is very flexible and allows you to import a list of users from a sheet of your workbook, by choosing the columns you want to import.
The Google Sheets HR Youzer connector allows you to define the mappings and import the fields you want: Name, First name, geographical location, personnel number, position, department, arrival date, departure date, manager, etc.
You can then benefit from a synthesized dashboard in Youzer of your users' arrivals and departures.
For it to work, the Google Sheets connector must first be connected to your spreadsheet. You will need to authorize Youzer to access this workbook by clicking on "accept" on the consent screen. You will then have to fill in your workbook's ID and the name of your sheet.
Finally, Youzer will detect the column headings of your table and you will be able to set up the links between the fields to be imported from your Google Sheets table to the fields on the Youzer side.
