Isi-APP is a French, modular SaaS platform for information system management, designed for healthcare and medical-social institutions. It combines identity and access management, an IT helpdesk, IT asset inventory, synchronization with the ANS Health Directory, an employee portal, and facility management. Hosted in France on HDS Level 5-certified infrastructure with a disaster recovery plan, Isi-APP helps facilities meet the IAM requirements of the HospiConnect program.

Isi-APP can be connected to Youzer in two ways, depending on how you use it.
As an employee directory, Isi-APP populates Youzer with your organization’s employee data: last name, first name, title, work email address, cell phone number, start and end dates, job title, user type, department or group, geographic location, and reporting relationship to the manager. This data serves as the foundation for your onboarding and offboarding processes, authorization reviews, and the calculation of discrepancies with the accounts actually present in your applications.
As a provisioning application, the connector synchronizes Isi-APP accounts— identity, email, role and specific role, mobile, site, company, user type, and active or closed status—and automates their lifecycle: account creation when an employee joins, updates when a job title changes, and access termination upon departure. Account reactivation, password resets, and changes to advanced settings trigger a request that is forwarded to the application administrator.
The platform's reference values—such as user types, functions, sites, and groups—have been imported into Youzer, allowing you to use them as-is in your attribution rules without having to re-enter them.
The connector uses the Isi-APP API. Authentication is based on an API key specific to your organization, along with its client ID; both are entered when you add the connector.
