Talentsoft by Cegid Connector

Cegid Talentsoft is a comprehensive cloud-based HR software suite designed to manage the entire employee lifecycle. It offers functionalities covering four main areas:

1. HR Core: Unified HR administration to centralize HR data and processes.
2. Talent acquisition: Tools to optimize recruitment, from publishing offers to onboarding new employees.
3. Talent Management: Features to develop and engage employees, including performance and career management.
4. Training: A comprehensive system for managing and delivering training and skills development programs.

Cegid Talentsoft aims to improve the candidate and employee experience, unlock talent potential, and develop employee skills effectively.

The Talentsoft connector enables you to automatically import users from your Talentsoft HR system into Youzer, in order to populate and maintain your user repository. This is a read-only connector: it cannot be used to modify or create data in Talentsoft, and is ideal for retrieving administrative and contractual information on employees. All fields available via the Talentsoft API can be imported, provided they are correctly mapped in the connector configuration in Youzer. This enables you to tailor the import to your organization's specific needs (e.g.: first name, last name, personnel number, position, department, entry date, etc.).

Authentication is based on access to the Talentsoft API, which requires three pieces of information:

• a Talentsoft instance URL,
• a Customer ID,
• a Secret Customer.

Once these elements have been configured in Youzer, the connector queries Talentsoft to retrieve the list of employees and their associated data. Attribute mappings must be defined manually in Youzer to ensure that the fields are correctly interpreted and integrated into the user repository. This flexible approach allows you to import only the data relevant to your use, while ensuring compatibility with other connectors or internal processes.
