Theconnector retrieves the following information about employees:
• identity : Last name (LAST_NAME), Login, Identification, Email
• Contact: Landline, Mobile phone
• Organization: Department (hierarchical path), Location (hierarchical path), Manager
• Contract: Contract start date, Contract end date• Settings: Profile ID, Notification type
• Status: Active/Inactive (based on contract end date)Automated actions
Theconnector allows you to automate the following actions:
• Account creation: Automatic creation of an employee with attachment to the department, location, and manager
• Modification: Update of employee attributes (email, phone, identification, etc.)
• Activation/Suspension: Change of status via modification of the contract end date

System requirements
To configure the connector, you will need:
• URL: URL of your EasyVista instance (e.g., mycompany.easyvista.com)
• Login: API account username
• Password: API account password
The account must have access rights to the EasyVista REST API for employee management.
