What is Notion?

Notion is a SaaS application for project management in the broadest sense. Notion enables you to work collaboratively, and includes boards, kanbans, calendars, note-taking and wikis.

Notion is very popular with businesses, with its collaborative workspace and numerous connections to other applications.

What can the Notion connector do?

The Notion connector lists the accounts of users with access to Notion. The information you can obtain in Youzer from Notion is: name, email, account type and account status (activated or suspended).

Other operations are possible if you have the "Enterprise" plan: creation, suspension, activation...

How does the Notion connector work?

The Notion connector uses the Notion editor's APIs to automate the desired operations, notably the retrieval of account information from Notion, enabling easy detection of users to be deactivated on Notion when they leave the company.

When configuring the connector, the user who will give Notion consent for the Youzer connector to perform operations must have the administrator role on the Notion platform.
