What is Notion?

Notion is a SaaS application that enables project management in a very broad sense. Notion allows collaborative work, including tables, Kanban boards, calendars, note-taking, and wikis.

Notion is very popular with companies due to its collaborative workspace and numerous connections to other applications.

What does the Notion connector allow you to do?

The Notion connector lists user accounts with access to Notion. The information obtainable in Youzer from Notion includes: name, email, account type, and account status (active or suspended).

Other operations are possible if you have the "Enterprise" plan: creation, suspension, activation...

How does the Notion connector work?

The Notion connector uses the Notion publisher's APIs to automate desired operations, particularly retrieving account information on Notion. This allows for easy detection of users to deactivate on Notion upon their departure from the company.

When configuring the connector, the user who will grant consent to Notion for the Youzer connector to perform the operations must have the administrator role on the Notion platform.
