What is Asana?

Asana is a SaaS project management software. It allows teams to communicate better, know the progress of projects, and exchange directly in tasks without cluttering the various messaging systems. Everything is grouped in the same place for better concentration of information. Like any project manager, Asana allows a hierarchy of tasks, management of deadlines and file sharing. Asana connects to many other solutions, which saves users time.

What does the Asana connector do?

Youzer lets you view all your users in one place using your HRIS and your accounts through your IT system, such as Active Directory. You can automate the creation and suspension of accounts.

How does the Asana connector work?

Setup is done through Youzer using an access key generated by an administrator in your Asana organization. Youzer then regularly imports members and links them to employees. When an employee joins or leaves, Youzer sends a request to add or remove them to the Asana administrator and tracks the action until it is confirmed: no access is overlooked. No installation is required.
