The main attributes managed for Diabolocom accounts are standard information (surname, first name, email) as well as the role of each account and the groups to which the accounts belong.
You can also automatically manage the profiles and skills of agents whose accounts you create on Diabolocom. You can also modify the telephone numbers assigned to accounts, as well as regional (locale) settings.
The Diabolocom Connector uses Diabolocom APIs to perform the various provisioning operations required (list accounts, create, delete, activate, suspend, etc.). These APIs are made available by Diabolocom and used by authenticating with an API key.
When you create the Diabolocom connector in Youzer, you'll need to enter the API key generated on Diabolocom and the URL of your Diabolocom instance. This information is all you need to establish secure communication between Youzer and your Diabolocom instance.
