The Diabolocom connector allows you to manage accounts on your Diabolocom instance. You can list accounts, create accounts, activate or suspend accounts, etc.
The main attributes managed for Diabolocom accounts are the classic information (name, surname, email) as well as the role of each account and the groups to which the accounts belong.
It is also possible to automatically manage the profiles and skills of agents whose accounts you create on Diabolocom. The phone numbers assigned to the accounts, as well as the regional settings (locale), can also be modified.

The Diabolocom connector uses the Diabolocom APIs to perform the various provisioning operations desired (list accounts, create, delete, activate, suspend, etc.). These APIs are made available by Diabolocom and used by authenticating with an API key.
When you create the Diabolocom connector in Youzer, you will need to enter the API key generated on Diabolocom as well as the URL of your Diabolocom instance. This information is sufficient to establish a secure communication between Youzer and your Diabolocom instance.
