The Evolucare connector synchronizes all accounts registered in your Evolucare environment with Youzer: login ID, last name, first name, email address and its verification status, title, professional license number, two-factor authentication status, and whether the account is active or inactive.
You get a consolidated view of who is actually accessing your Evolucare applications, cross-referenced with your HR database: accounts with no associated user, active accounts belonging to former employees, and accounts without two-factor authentication.
In terms of automation, the connector directly manages the account lifecycle: creation upon an employee’s arrival using their identity and employee ID number; updating information in the event of a change; suspension upon departure; and reactivation if the employee returns. Password resets and changes to advanced settings are handled via a request sent to the application administrator.
The connector uses the administration API of the Evolucareidentity provider. Authentication is handled by a dedicated OAuth 2.0 client: your Evolucare domain address, the client ID, and the client secret are entered when you add the connector. No user passwords are transmitted through Youzer.
