What is Nibelis?

Nibelis is a SaaS payroll software. This HRIS oriented cloud and automation is particularly adapted to SMEs and ETIs. Nibelis uses the advantages of SaaS with an automatic update of the latest regulatory changes. A collaborative aspect also allows to delegate some tasks to managers.

You will be able to manage payroll, but also time and absence management, reporting, job and skills management, document dematerialization, recruitment and training.

What can the Nibelis connector do?

The Nibelis connector is an HR connector. As such, it allows for the moment to perform only reading operations: the Nibelis database is considered as a source of truth on which Youzer retrieves information.

This connector will list all the employees registered on Nibelis with the different administrative or contractual information.

The information retrieved is first of all the name, first name and personnel number, then the contractual information such as the function, the department, the manager, etc.

The information contained in Nibelis can be imported into Youzer by setting up mappings to fill in the fields on the Youzer platform.

How does the Nibelis connector work?

The Nibelis connector will use the Nibelis APIs to retrieve administrative information. These APIs are available upon request from Nibelis, which provides an API key to authenticate on their platform.
