What is Nibelis?

Nibelis is a SaaS payroll software. This cloud and automation-oriented HRIS is particularly suitable for SMEs and mid-sized businesses. Nibelis therefore uses the advantages of SaaS with an automatic upgrade to the latest regulatory developments. A collaborative aspect also makes it possible to delegate certain tasks to managers.

You will of course be able to manage payroll but also time and absence management, reporting, job and skills management, document dematerialization, recruitment and training.

What does the Nibelis connector do?

The Nibelis connector is an HR connector. As such, it currently only allows read operations: the Nibelis database is considered a source of truth from which Youzer retrieves information.

This connector will list all employees registered on Nibelis with the various administrative or contractual information.

The information retrieved is primarily the last name, first name, and employee number, followed by contractual information such as the position, department, manager, etc.

The information contained in Nibelis can be imported into Youzer by configuring mappings to populate the fields on the Youzer platform.

How does the Nibelis connector work?

The Nibelis connector will use the Nibelis APIs to retrieve administrative information. These APIs are accessible upon request from Nibelis, which provides an API key for authentication on their platform.
