Each data connection gives you a large amount of information. You don't need to finish every step to start seeing the benefits of Youzer - they're immediate at every stage.

Youzer allows you to import data from your HRIS thanks to our dedicated connectors. If you do not have an HRIS, we can import your data using a CSV file.

You choose the data that is imported. Youzer does not modify anything in the HR data by default because it is considered the 'golden source,' but you can adjust this according to your needs.

Of course, you can connect Youzer and AD to retrieve all accounts.
To do this, you need to follow three steps: create the Active Directory resource on Youzer, then download and install an agent on your AD server.

A user is a person who uses your company's resources. Monthly billing is based on the number of users "present" in your company. Former and future employees are not included in the calculation of the number of users.

The free trial gives you access to the majority of the application's features. You will have a limited number of connectors to choose from in our catalog.

For example, connect your HRIS, your user directory such as Active Directory... You will be able to see all your users and their accounts, as well as duplicates and anomalies.
