The connector retrieves the following information via Aurion favorites:
• identity : Last name, First name, Employee ID (HR connector reference)
• Contract: Start date, End date
• Contact: Mobile phone
• Custom attributes: All fields exposed by your Aurion favorite can be mapped
The available fields are automatically detected from the structure of your Aurion bookmark.
Automated actions
The connector allows you to automate the following actions:
• Modification: Update contact details (especially email) via the Aurion import API
• Creation: Create individuals (speakers, students, collaborators) in Aurion

System requirements
To configure the connector, you will need:
• Web Service URL: URL of the Aurion API (e.g., moninstance.nfrance.net:443/ws/services)
• Login: Format "user/database/favorite_id"
• Password: Web Service account password The Aurion favorite must be configured to display the desired fields (employee number, last name, first name, dates, etc.).
Attribute mapping
The connector offers flexible mapping:
• Standard attributes: Last name, First name, Arrival date, Departure date, Employee ID, Mobile phone
• Custom attributes: All fields in the Aurion favorite can be mapped to Youzer attributes
• Automatic suggestions: The fields available in the favorite are automatically suggested.
