What is Lever?

Lever is a recruitment solution that operates through three main stages: attracting, sourcing, and developing future talent for companies. How does the Lever connector work?

Setup is done through Youzer using an access key generated by a Lever administrator. Youzer then regularly imports users (recruiters, managers) and links them to employees. When a recruiter or manager joins the company, changes teams, or leaves, Youzer submits the request to the Lever administrator and follows through on it until completion: candidate files remain accessible only to the relevant individuals. No installation is required.
