Cegid RH Connector

Cegid is a French company specializing in software solutions for businesses and organizations. They offer a range of solutions for areas such as payroll management, human resources management, accounting and financial management, operational management, industrial production, retail, and sales management. Cegid's solutions are designed to help businesses improve their operational efficiency, automate management processes, and make informed decisions, and are known for being simple to use.

The Cegid Ultimate connector enables you to import the list of employees entered in Cegid. Users are imported and updated from Cegid, so that the IT team has the most up-to-date information on the current workforce, upcoming new arrivals, departures etc...

The fields imported depend on the structure set up in the view set up in Cegid. The main information retrieved is surname, first name, contract start date, contract end date, job, manager... But it is possible to add any field entered in Cegid.

The Cegid connector connects to Cegid's APIs to obtain the desired information. It is necessary to have identification information for the Youzer connector to be able to connect correctly to Cegid Webservices.

The required information is :

• webservice access url (e.g. https://xxx-hru.cegid.com)
• tokenId: to identify the caller (e.g. YOUZER_WS)
• tokenValue: webservice access password

This information is entered in the "authentication" section when the connector is created.

The following information is also required:

• webServiceApplication: usually set to "STANDARD".
• webService: generally the value is "dossier.contrat.exporter.csv".
• cdfvue: this is the name of the view created on Cegid (e.g. "LISTE_DOSSIERS_SALARIES_YOUZER").

This information is entered in the "Advanced settings" information in the connector configuration tab, in the "Synchronization" menu. The format to be used is :

Once the authentication information has been entered, you can launch a "blank" import, which will enable you to retrieve the suggested mappings so that you can more easily create mappings between Cegid fields and Youzer attributes.
