Youzer is built according to your needs, so you can have efficient optimization with just a few modules, or a highly developed one.

Do you need a project team to get started?

No. A few meetings are all it takes to connect your tools (HRIS, directory, messaging, etc.) and set up your first workflows.
You can be up and running very quickly, without disrupting your daily routine.
It's a good idea to have one person dedicated to Youzer, to facilitate communication and management within your company.

What if I only want to automate arrivals and departures?

It's entirely possible.
You can start simply by creating and suspending accounts, and then extend to other use cases as required. You can make efficient use of Youzer with the bare minimum to start with. For example, if you link your HR solution to a critical application, you can already automate the management of user accounts for this application.

Will Youzer work even if I don't have an HRIS?

Yes, you can control access via forms or a dedicated interface.
