Our Service allows you to integrate and create orders for various third party online services. In order to take advantage of this functionality, you may need to authenticate, register or log in to third party services through the Service or on the websites of their respective providers. When you enable linking or logging in to third party services through the Service, we collect the information necessary for the Service to access that third party service and your data and content contained in that third party service ("Login Credentials"). We store your Login Credentials long enough to allow you to connect to the third party service.
We may retain certain non-personally identifiable information relating to data or content linked between Third Party Services (e.g., date of submission, link configuration, names of Third Party Services), for the purpose of improving our Services and as described below in the section "Non-Identifiable Data".
When you interact with us through the Services, we may collect Personal Data and other information about you, as described in more detail below:
In an ongoing effort to better understand and serve users of Youzer services, Youzer often conducts research into the demographics, interests and behaviour of its customers based on personal data and other information provided to us. This research may be compiled and analyzed on an aggregate basis, and Youzer may share this aggregate data with its affiliates, agents and business partners. This aggregate information does not identify you personally. Youzer may also disclose aggregated user statistics to describe our services to current and potential business partners, and to other third parties for other lawful purposes.
We will retain any information you provide to us until you delete your account with the Youzer service.
You may visit the Services without providing any Personal Information. If you choose not to provide Personal Data, you may not be able to use certain Youzer Services.
Youzer is not in the business of selling your information. We consider this information to be an essential part of our relationship with you. There are, however, certain circumstances in which we may share your personal data with certain third parties without informing you, as described below:
As we grow our business, we may sell or buy businesses or assets. In the event of a sale, merger, reorganization, dissolution or similar event, personal data may be one of the transferred assets. In the event of any onward transfer to third parties of personal information relating to individuals in the EU and Switzerland received pursuant to the EU-US and Switzerland-US Privacy Shield, Youzer remains responsible.
Youzer, like many companies, sometimes hires other companies to perform certain business-related functions. These functions include, for example, sending information, managing databases and processing payments. When we employ another company to perform a function of this nature, we only provide them with the information they need to perform their specific function.
Youzer may disclose your personal data if required to do so by law or in the good faith belief that such action is necessary to (i) comply with a legal obligation, (ii) protect and defend the rights or property of Youzer, (iii) act under exigent circumstances to protect the personal safety of users of the Services or the public, or (iv) protect against legal liability.
Youzer further undertakes to refer unresolved Privacy Shield complaints to PrivacyTrust, a UK-based alternative dispute resolution service provider. If you do not receive timely acknowledgement of your complaint from us, or if we have not dealt with your complaint to your satisfaction, please contact Communications House, 26 York Street, London, W1U 6PZ for further information or to make a complaint. The services of Communications House are provided to you free of charge.
Finally, as a last resort and in limited situations, individuals in the EU and Switzerland can seek redress through the Privacy Shield Panel, a binding arbitration mechanism.
Youzer remains responsible for the transfer of personal information about EU and Swiss individuals received under the EU-US and Swiss-US Privacy Shield to third parties.

Any information you share via a team account, including Zaps you create or third party services you connect to, will be available to all team members of the team account you joined. You are solely responsible for any information you share via a Team Account, which is published at your own risk.
