Welcome to the Youzer website. This site is operated by Youzer and has been created to provide information about our company and its content, as well as the data link platform and related services (together with the Site, the "Service(s)") to visitors to our Service. This Privacy Policy sets forth Youzer's policy with respect to information, including personally identifiable data and other information that is collected from visitors to the Site and the Services.
Our Service allows you to integrate and create orders for various third party online services. In order to take advantage of this functionality, you may need to authenticate, register or log in to third party services through the Service or on the websites of their respective providers. When you enable linking or logging in to third party services through the Service, we collect the information necessary for the Service to access that third party service and your data and content contained in that third party service ("Login Credentials"). We store your Login Credentials long enough to allow you to connect to the third party service.
When you enable the service to link content and data between third party services, the third party services will give us access to certain information that you may have provided to the third party services, and we will use, store and disclose that information in accordance with this Privacy Policy and the rules you have set to govern the linkage. However, please remember that the manner in which the Third Party Services use, store and disclose your information is governed by the policies of those Third Party Services, and Youzer will have no responsibility or liability for the privacy practices or other actions of the Third Party Services that may be activated as part of the Service.
We may retain certain non-personally identifiable information relating to data or content linked between Third Party Services (e.g., date of submission, link configuration, names of Third Party Services), for the purpose of improving our Services and as described below in the section "Non-Identifiable Data".
We use a third party payment processor to process payments to us. In processing these payments, we do not retain any personally identifiable information or financial information such as credit card numbers. Instead, all such information is provided directly to our third party processor, Stripe, whose use of your personal information is governed by their privacy policy, which can be found at https://stripe.com/us/privacy.
When you interact with us through the Services, we may collect Personal Data and other information about you, as described in more detail below:
We collect your personal data when you voluntarily provide us with such information, for example when you contact us with an enquiry, respond to one of our surveys, register to access Youzer services or use certain Youzer services. Wherever Youzer collects personal data, we endeavour to provide a link to this privacy policy. You can opt out at any time by contacting support at contact@youzer.net, you can also contact us to object to your information being used for purposes other than those for which it was originally collected.
By voluntarily providing us with Personal Data, you consent to our use of it in accordance with this Privacy Policy. If you provide Personal Data to the Services, you acknowledge and agree that such Personal Data may be transferred from your current location to the offices and servers of Youzer and the authorized third parties mentioned herein located in the United States. The Personal Data you provide may be accessed at any time through your account or you may contact our customer service department at contact@youzer.net if you need assistance accessing your account.
In operating the Services, we may use a technology called "cookies". A cookie is a piece of information that the computer hosting our Services gives to your browser when you access the Services. Our cookies help provide additional functionality to the Services and help us analyze the use of the Services more accurately. For example, our Services may place a cookie on your browser that allows you to access the Services without having to remember it and enter a password more than once when you visit the Services. In all cases where we use cookies, we do not collect personal data unless you give us permission to do so. On most web browsers, you will find a "help" section on the toolbar. Please refer to this section to find out how to be notified when you receive a new cookie and how to disable cookies. We recommend that you leave cookies enabled as they allow you to take advantage of some of the features of the services.

Youzer will not sell or rent to any third party any information or personal data you provide to us. Youzer uses the personal data you provide in a way that is consistent with this privacy policy. Youzer is not in the business of selling your information. We consider this information to be an essential part of our relationship with you. There are, however, certain circumstances in which we may share your personal data with certain third parties without informing you, as described below:
As we grow our business, we may sell or buy businesses or assets. In the event of a sale, merger, reorganization, dissolution or similar event, personal data may be one of the transferred assets. We may also share your personal data with our affiliates for purposes consistent with this Privacy Policy.

Youzer complies with the EU-US Privacy Shield Framework and the Swiss-US Privacy Shield Framework as defined by the U.S. Department of Commerce regarding the collection, use and retention of personal information transferred from the European Union and Switzerland to the United States. Youzer has certified to the Department of Commerce that it adheres to the Privacy Shield principles. Youzer is subject to the investigatory and enforcement powers of the Federal Trade Commission (FTC). In the event of any conflict between the terms of this Privacy Policy and the Privacy Shield Principles, the Privacy Shield Principles shall prevail. To learn more about the Privacy Shield program and to view our certification, please visit Data Privacy Framework.
In accordance with the Privacy Shield principles, Youzer is committed to resolving complaints about the collection or use of your personal information. Individuals from the EU and Switzerland with questions or complaints about our privacy policy should first contact Youzer at contact@youzer.net.
Youzer further undertakes to refer unresolved Privacy Shield complaints to PrivacyTrust, a UK-based alternative dispute resolution service provider. If you do not receive timely acknowledgement of your complaint from us, or if we have not dealt with your complaint to your satisfaction, please contact Communications House, 26 York Street, London, W1U 6PZ for further information or to make a complaint. The services of Communications House are provided to you free of charge.
Finally, as a last resort and in limited situations, individuals in the EU and Switzerland can seek redress through the Privacy Shield Panel, a binding arbitration mechanism.
Youzer remains responsible for the transfer of personal information about EU and Swiss individuals received under the EU-US and Swiss-US Privacy Shield to third parties.
