QuarksUp Connector

QuarksUp is an HRIS (Human Resources Information System) software publisher offering a modular, scalable solution in SaaS (Software as a Service) mode to simplify personnel management. The company offers a complete range of HR modules covering various aspects such as recruitment, onboarding, employee management, training, e-learning, as well as interviewing and career management.

The QuarksUp platform stands out for its flexibility, allowing companies to choose and activate modules based on their priorities and specific needs. It emphasizes an intuitive and customizable interface, facilitating its adoption by users, whether they are HR teams or employees.

The QuarksUp connector automatically imports users from your QuarksUp HR environment into the Youzer platform. Unlike other IT-oriented connectors, this one doesn't manage application access accounts, but rather user records for HR purposes. The information retrieved via the connector includes a set of standard HR fields such as :

• email and alternateemail
• position (extension)
• company (company)
• establishment (establishment)
• phone, mobile and alternatePhone

This connector is ideal for synchronizing corporate HR structures, consolidating contact information, or serving as a reference source for provisioning, reporting or analysis processes.

The connector works via the QuarksUp API, with authentication based on three elements:

• a QuarksUp instance URL,
• an API key,
• and a user login with the necessary read rights.

Once this information has been entered in the connector's configuration on Youzer, the connector regularly queries the API to import user data. Users synchronized in this way are associated with the various HR fields described, and integrated into the Youzer repository to enrich the global vision of the company's employees. This connector is read-only, and performs no action on QuarksUp (no data creation or modification).
