Connecting Zoho with Youzer will allow you to manage all your users on a single platform. This way you can associate Zoho as well as all your other applications and software with the Youzer connector to give access and rights to certain employees. You thus maintain control of your licenses by having a complete view of the users attached to Zoho.
You can easily assign and suspend accounts, for Zoho but also your other software.
Setup is done through Youzer: a Zoho CRM administrator can grant Youzer access to your account in just a few clicks. Youzer then regularly imports users along with their profiles and roles, and links them to employees. Whenever a user joins or leaves, Youzer creates a request to open or close the account with the Zoho administrator, then keeps track of the action once it’s completed. No installation is required.
