What is an HRIS?

HRIS is an acronym for Human Resources Information System.

It usually indicates one or more software programs for managing the employees of a company.

The main modules of an HRIS are payroll, leave management, expense account management, etc.

The HRIS can be connected to Youzer with an HR connector that regularly imports information from the HRIS.

The HRIS is often considered a "Golden Source" because it contains the contractual information that must be applied in the enabling strategies.
