Review of user accounts

What is a user account review?

This is a very important step in the life of a company, often taken out of obligation, but an integral part of authorization management.

The main purpose of anIT account review is to ensure that all existing user accounts in the IT system are valid, necessary and used in accordance with the organization's security policies. This includes checking service accounts, administrative accounts and normal user accounts.

This review involves checking for inactive accounts, accounts of users who have left the organization, duplicates, or any other type of anomaly or potential risk associated with accounts. Password policies, security configurations and other account-related parameters are also checked.
