Car Fleet Connector

Car Fleet is a fleet management solution developed by GAC Technology, a French company. It allows companies to track their vehicles, employee assignments, contracts, maintenance, insurance claims, fuel cards, and associated costs. It is designed for companies that manage a fleet of company or service vehicles, ranging from small and medium-sized businesses to large corporations.

The connector synchronizes employee data between Youzer and Car Fleet: first name, last name, birth name, title, email, phone number, employee ID, job title, department, socio-professional category, analytical code, manager, and start and end dates.

The creation, modification, and deletion of employees in Car Fleet are automated. Suspension and reactivation trigger a request to the application administrator, which is tracked in Youzer.

• Onboarding: The new employee is added to Car Fleet along with their department and manager, ready to be assigned a vehicle.
• Mobility: A change in position or department is reflected automatically without the need to re-enter data.
• Offboarding: The departure date is automatically sent to Car Fleet, allowing the company to plan for the vehicle's return.

Configuration is done through Youzer using the login credentials provided by GAC Technology or your Car Fleet administrator. No installation is required.
