EmployerD Connector

EmployerD is a French HRIS software solution designed for small and medium-sized businesses. It centralizes employee records, leave and absence management, time tracking, performance reviews, and expense reports, and includes a self-service portal for employees and managers.

EmployerD is used as an HR data source. The following data is imported into Youzer: identity, employee ID, hire date, contract type, department, and manager.

This data drives the entire access lifecycle. The connector is read-only: it does not modify anything in EmployerD.

• Onboarding: The hire date triggers the preparation of accounts before the first day.
• Mobility: A change in department or manager automatically updates access permissions.
• Offboarding: When a departure is recorded in EmployerD, it triggers the revocation of access privileges.
• Access Review: Managers from EmployerD approve their team's access permissions.

When integrated with your application connectors (Active Directory, Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, etc.), EmployerD becomes the central hub for all your employees' accounts.

Configuration is done through Youzer using the login credentials provided by your EmployerD administrator. The data is then imported automatically and on a regular basis.
