Absorb LMS Connector

Absorb LMS is an online training platform developed by Absorb Software, a Canadian company. It enables organizations to deliver training courses, track learner progress, manage mandatory certifications, and generate reports. It is used for training employees, partners, and customers, primarily by mid-sized companies and large corporations.

The connector synchronizes Absorb users with Youzer: username, first name, last name, email address, job title, department, profile (learner or administrator), and date of last login.

All actions are automated: creation, modification, suspension, reactivation, deactivation upon departure, and password reset.

• Onboarding: New hires are assigned to the right department and begin their onboarding process on their first day.
• Mobility: A change in position or department updates the assigned training courses.
• Offboarding: The account is deactivated upon departure, but the training history is retained.

Configuration is done through Youzer using the login credentials provided by your Absorb administrator. No installation is required.
