Tableau is a data visualization and analysis solution developed by Tableau Software, a subsidiary of Salesforce. It allows users to create interactive dashboards from multiple data sources and share them throughout the organization. It is used by data, finance, marketing, and executive teams in organizations of all sizes.

The connector synchronizes your Tableau site users: username, full name, email address, domain, and authentication method.

Creation, modification, suspension, reactivation, and deletion are automated through Youzer.

• Onboarding: Analysts and managers can access the dashboards for their respective areas as soon as they join the company.
• Offboarding: As of the departure date, access to dashboards—which often contain sensitive information—is automatically revoked.
• License Management: Licenses for users who have left are automatically released.

Configuration is done through Youzer using the credentials provided by an administrator of your Tableau site. No installation is required.
