Sign&Go Connector

Sign&Go is a French access management and single sign-on (SSO) solution developed by Ilex International. It allows employees to access their web applications with a single sign-on and includes strong authentication and identity federation features. It is primarily used by large organizations, the public sector, the healthcare industry, and the banking and insurance sectors, often to meet regulatory compliance requirements.

The connector imports Sign&Go accounts into Youzer and links them to employees. You can see who has access to the SSO portal and identify accounts that no longer correspond to any active employees.

Creating, modifying, suspending, reactivating, deleting, and resetting passwords are not automated processes: they generate a request to the application administrator, which is tracked in Youzer.

• Onboarding: The request to grant access is sent automatically when the employee arrives.
• Offboarding: The manager is notified right from the start, and tracking the request in Youzer ensures that the account has been closed.
• Authorization reviews: The list of SSO portal access permissions is available at any time and is cross-referenced with the HR database.

Configuration is done through Youzer, using the access credentials provided by the Sign&Go administrator. Requests are sent to the designated manager, who marks them as completed in Youzer once they have been processed.
