Lattice Connector

Lattice is a U.S.-based platform for managing employee performance and engagement. It covers annual reviews, goals, feedback, engagement surveys, and development plans. It is primarily used by growing companies and mid-sized businesses, often in the tech and services sectors.

The connector syncs Lattice users with Youzer: name, email, job title, status, and administrative privileges.

Creation, modification, suspension, reactivation, and deletion are not automated: they generate a request to the application administrator, which is tracked in Youzer.

• Authorization reviews: Individuals with access to company-wide evaluations are vetted.
• Offboarding: The manager is notified when an employee leaves, and tracking the request in Youzer ensures that the account has been closed.
• HR Consistency: Lattice accounts are reconciled with current employees.

Configuration is done through Youzer using credentials generated by a Lattice administrator. No installation is required.
