OneLogin HR Connector

OneLogin is a U.S.-based identity management and single sign-on (SSO) solution, now owned by One Identity. It allows employees to access their applications using a single login and strong authentication. It is used by small and medium-sized businesses, often as a central employee directory.

The connector uses OneLogin as its data source: employees are imported into Youzer along with their company, department, job title, and manager.

The connector does not interact with OneLogin in this mode: actions generate a request to the application administrator, which is tracked in Youzer.

Not to be confused with the OneLogin connector, which manages OneLogin user accounts.

• Reference Directory: If there is no connected HRIS, OneLogin serves as the employee directory.
• Onboarding and offboarding: New hires and departing employees trigger access processes in other applications.
• Authorization Reviews: Hired Managers Become the Approvers.

Configuration is done through Youzer using credentials generated by your OneLogin administrator. The import then occurs automatically and on a regular basis.
