RH Universal Connector

The Universal HR Connector is a Youzer connector designed for organizations whose HRIS does not have a dedicated connector—such as in-house payroll software, industry-specific HRIS, internally developed tools, or legacy systems. It allows you to take advantage of all of Youzer’s automation features regardless of the HR tool you use.

The connector imports the employee directory into Youzer from your HRIS data. The following information is imported: identity, employee ID, department, manager, start and end dates, and any other fields relevant to your access rules.

The connector is read-only: it does not make any changes to your HRMS.

Not to be confused with the Universal Connector, which manages accounts for an internal application (creation, suspension, etc.).

When integrated with your application connectors (Active Directory, Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, etc.), your HRIS becomes the starting point for all your employees' accounts.

The connector relies on the Youzer agent, which is installed on a server on your network. It reads data from your HRIS directly from its database (using SQL queries), via a PowerShell script, or from a regular export. The agent communicates only outbound: no inbound ports need to be opened.

The Youzer team will help you map the fields, and then the import will run automatically.
