Docebo Connector

Docebo is an online training platform (LMS) developed by the company of the same name, which originated in Italy and is now based in Canada. It enables users to create and deliver training courses, organize learning by division (entities, countries, job roles), track certifications, and train employees, partners, and customers. It is primarily aimed at mid-sized companies and large enterprises.

The connector syncs Docebo users to Youzer: username, first name, last name, email, role (learner, administrator, etc.), department, managers, status, and creation date.

Creation, modification, suspension, and reactivation are automated. Deletion and password reset generate a request to the application administrator, which is tracked in Youzer.

• Onboarding: The employee is added to the correct division and gains access to training for their role as soon as they join the company.
• Mobility: A change in department or manager is automatically reflected.
• Offboarding: The account is suspended upon departure, but the training history is retained.

Configuration is done through Youzer using the login credentials provided by your Docebo administrator. No installation is required.
