Dayforce (formerly Ceridian) is a cloud-based HCM (Human Capital Management) solution that integrates HR management, payroll, benefits, and workforce management. The Youzer connector for Dayforce automatically synchronizes employee data with your IAM environment to automate onboarding, access management, and offboarding processes.

The connector retrieves a complete set of information about your employees:
• identity : Last name, First name, Display name, Employee number
• Contract: Start date, End date, Type of contract
• Organization: Position, Department, Organizational Unit, Location
• Hierarchy: Direct manager (with automatic resolution of the management chain)
• Contact: Business email, Phone number, Postal address
• Status: Employment status (active, inactive, terminated)• Assignments: Work assignments, Custom properties
To configure the connector, you will need:
• Server URL: URL of your Dayforce instance
• Company ID: Your company's identifier in Dayforce
• Login: Username for the integration account
• Password: Integration account password
The integration account must have read rights for employee data.
Attribute mapping
The connector provides flexible mapping between Dayforce fields and Youzer attributes:
• Standard attributes: Last name, First name, Arrival date, Departure date, Manager
• Custom attributes: Configurable according to your needs (position, department, location, etc.)
• Automatic suggestions: The connector automatically detects the fields available in Dayforce and offers mapping suggestions.

• Automated onboarding: As soon as an employee is created in Dayforce, they automatically appear in Youzer with all their attributes.
• Change management: Changes in position, department, or manager are detected and automatically reflected.
