PeopleSpheres HR Connector

PeopleSpheres is a French HRIS platform that integrates a company’s various HR tools (payroll, time tracking, training, recruitment, etc.) around a single employee database. It is designed for mid-sized companies and large corporations that use multiple HR solutions and want a unified experience.

PeopleSpheres is used as a source of HR data. The following data is imported into Youzer: identity, job information, and manager information.

The connector can also send certain information back to PeopleSpheres, such as the work email address created during onboarding.

• Onboarding: When a new hire is registered in PeopleSpheres, accounts are automatically created, and the work email address is synced with the HRIS.
• Mobility: A change in position or manager adjusts access rights.
• Offboarding: When an employee leaves, their access is revoked.

Configuration is done through Youzer using the access credentials provided by your PeopleSpheres administrator. Data is imported automatically and on a regular basis.
