Isi App RH Connector

Isi-APP is a French SaaS platform for information system management, designed for healthcare and medical-social institutions. It combines identity and access management, an IT help desk, asset inventory, and synchronization with the Annuaire Santé. It is hosted in France on an HDS-certified infrastructure.

Isi-APP is used as an HR data source. The following information is imported into Youzer: last name, first name, title, work email, cell phone number, start and end dates, job title, user type, department or group, location, and manager.

This data triggers onboarding, transfers, and offboarding. The connector is read-only: it does not modify anything in Isi-APP.

Not to be confused with the Isi App connector, which manages user accounts on the Isi-APP platform.

• Onboarding: When an employee is added to Isi-APP, they are granted access immediately upon joining.
• Multi-site organization: Access is granted based on the site and the department to which the user belongs.
• Offboarding: When an employee leaves, access to connected applications is revoked.
• Access Review: Hired managers approve access for their teams.

When integrated with your application connectors (Active Directory, Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, etc.), Isi-APP becomes the starting point for all your employees' accounts.

The connector uses the Isi-APP API. Configuration is done in Youzer using your organization's API key and client ID. Data is then imported automatically and on a regular basis.
