RH Lever Connector

Lever is an American recruitment software (ATS) that combines applicant tracking and candidate relationship management. It allows users to post job openings, schedule interviews, collaborate with managers, and track each candidate through the hiring process. It is primarily used by growing companies and mid-sized businesses.

The connector imports candidates who have reached the "hired" stage in Lever into Youzer, along with their information.

The benefit: to start preparing for onboarding as soon as the contract is signed, even before the employee is entered into the HRIS. The connector is read-only: it does not make any changes in Lever.

Not to be confused with the Lever connector, which manages Lever user accounts (recruiters, managers).

• Early onboarding: Accounts and equipment are set up as soon as the hire is confirmed, ensuring a successful first day.
• Seamless HR-IT Integration: The IT department is notified of new hires without the need for email exchanges or re-entering data.
• Tracking: Every new hire is tracked, from recruitment to access authorization.

Configuration is done through Youzer using login credentials generated by your Lever administrator. The data is then imported automatically and on a regular basis.
