Rzilient RH Connector

Rzilient is a French company that provides IT equipment rental and management services for businesses, including the provision of computers and smartphones, equipment tracking, support, and refurbishment. Its platform maintains a list of employees who have been issued equipment and their reporting structure. It primarily serves startups, small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), and mid-sized companies.

Rzilient is used as a data source: the list of employees and their managers is imported into Youzer.

The connector is read-only: it does not make any changes to Rzilient.

Not to be confused with the Rzilient connector, which manages user accounts on the Rzilient platform.

• Onboarding: Rzilient's existing employees support the onboarding processes.
• Offboarding: When an employee leaves, their access is revoked, while Rzilient arranges for the return of equipment.
• Access Review: Hired managers approve access for their teams.

Configuration is done through Youzer using credentials provided by Rzilient. The data is then imported automatically and on a regular basis.
