SAP Concur Connector

SAP Concur is a solution for managing expense reports, business travel, and vendor invoices, developed by SAP. It enables employees to book their trips, submit their expense reports, and have them approved, and allows finance departments to monitor expenses. It is primarily used by mid-sized companies and large international corporations.

The connector synchronizes SAP Concur users with Youzer.

The creation, modification, suspension, and reactivation of users are automated in Youzer. Deletion is not an option: when an employee leaves, their account is deactivated, which preserves the history of their expense reports.

• Onboarding: New hires can enter their expenses and book their travel starting with their very first assignment.
• Mobility: A change in manager or department is reflected, and the approval processes remain accurate.
• Offboarding: The account is deactivated upon departure, which prevents any expenses from being incurred after the employee leaves.

Configuration is done through Youzer using the login credentials provided by your SAP Concur administrator. No installation is required.
