ConnectWise HR Connector

ConnectWise is a U.S.-based software provider for managed service providers (MSPs). Its project and service automation (PSA) solution covers ticket management, contract management, project management, time tracking, and billing. It also tracks the service provider’s team members and client contacts.

ConnectWise is used as an HR data source: the individuals listed there are imported into Youzer along with their company, location, and job title.

The connector is read-only: it does not make any changes in ConnectWise.

• MSP: Service providers manage access for their own teams through their management tool.
• Onboarding: When a new team member joins, their accounts are automatically created.
• Offboarding: When an employee leaves, their access is revoked.
• Multi-site organization: Access is granted based on the company and the site.

When integrated with your application connectors (Active Directory, Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, etc.), ConnectWise becomes the central hub for all your employees' accounts.

Configuration is done through Youzer using the credentials provided by your ConnectWise administrator. The data is then imported automatically and on a regular basis.
