EverWin Connector

EverWin is a French software publisher specializing in management software (ERP and CRM) for service companies, including engineering firms, consulting firms, digital services companies, and agencies. Its solutions cover sales management, business and project tracking, time tracking, invoicing, and business performance management.

The connector imports EverWin accounts into Youzer, along with their types and the entities to which they have access.

Account creation is automated through Youzer. Suspension and reactivation trigger a request to the application administrator, which is tracked in Youzer. The connector does not support account modification or deletion.

• Onboarding: New consultants or project managers have access to EverWin as soon as they start, so they can track their time.
• Offboarding: The manager is notified when an employee leaves, and tracking the request in Youzer ensures that the account has been closed.
• Authorization reviews: The list of accounts and their associated entities can be verified at any time.

Configuration is done through Youzer using the login credentials provided by your EverWin administrator. No installation is required if your instance is hosted by the publisher.
