The Ninja RMM Devices connector retrieves the list of hardware (PCs, laptops, etc.) inventoried on Ninja RMM. This connector can be installed for a client if you are an IT service provider (MSP), or for your instance if you are a direct Ninja RMM customer.
This connector can feed a stock of equipment configured in Youzer by retrieving information such as serialNumber, model, manufacturer, and even if it is available, the date of the user's last connection to the device (lastLoggedInUser).
In Youzer, you can then manage the allocation of equipment to different users.
The Ninja RMM - Devices connector uses the Ninja RMM APIs to retrieve the necessary information. The API key is configured when adding the connector. If you are an MSP and configure a Ninja RMM connector for a client, the API key of the connector on your master instance will be used for authentication.
