NETSoins is a 100% web-based software program developed by Teranga Software, designed for nursing homes and retirement homes. It offers comprehensive management of residents' administrative and medical records, including tracking of paramedical sessions, activities, and the traceability of care and prescriptions. In addition, it facilitates access to resident data for healthcare professionals, allowing doctors, for example, to consult their patients' medical records free of charge and without any technical installation from their offices.

The NETSoins connector syncs all staff members registered at your facility to Youzer: identity (title, last name, birth name, first name, gender, date of birth), login credentials, professional and personal contact information, email address and MSSanté address, healthcare professional identifiers (RPPS, ADELI, national ID), affiliated organization, access expiration date, and date of last login.
It also retrieves the facility's reference data—including professional categories and authorization types—and displays them as reference values in Youzer. This allows you to see, for each healthcare provider, their professional category, their authorizations, and whether their account is active or inactive.
In terms of automation, account creation in NETSoins is handled directly by the connector: when a new employee joins, Youzer creates the account with the employee’s job category and authorization levels. Other lifecycle actions—such as modification, suspension, reactivation, deletion, and password reset—generate a request that is forwarded to the application administrator.
If you manage multiple facilities, the connector queries multiple NETSoins instances in a single synchronization: each facility is identified in the user's profile, and if one facility is unavailable, it does not interrupt the synchronization of the others.
The connector uses the NETSoins web service. Authentication is performed using an API key, provided by your software vendor and entered when you add the connector, along with the address of your instance. In a multi-facility configuration, the address and API key for each facility are specified in a Youzer mapping table.
