Hospital Manager Connector

Hopital Manager is the healthcare ERP system developed by Softway Medical. Native to multi-facility and multi-service settings (MCO, SMR, PSY, HAD), it covers the entire patient journey, from admission to discharge: electronic health records, care delivery, administrative management, and billing. It is designed for private, ESPIC, and public facilities and meets the requirements of the national digital transformation programs Ségur, CaRE, HOP'EN, and SCOR.

The Hopital Manager connector automates the creation and updating of users in your hospital information system from within Youzer. With each synchronization, Youzer generates an integration file for Hopital Manager, eliminating the need for the IT department to re-enter data.

The information provided includes the login ID, the employee's first and last name, their activation and deactivation dates, their affiliation with the healthcare professionals' directory (professional code, ADELI, or RPPS), their application profiles along with the default login profile, their assigned functional units including the default medical functional unit and default housing functional unit, as well as their access rules for units and healthcare professionals. The FINESS number and the name of the issuing facility are included in the file header.

For an inactive agent, the deactivation date is automatically entered if it is not already present, to ensure that access is revoked. Incomplete or inconsistent entries (missing ID, invalid date, incorrectly formatted profile) are rejected and logged, rather than being transmitted as-is.

Individual requests to create, modify, activate, suspend, delete, or reset a password are forwarded to the administrator; they are processed the next time a file is sent.

The connector generates a CSV file in the format required by the Hopital Manager (ScLite) import feed, without column headers. Uploading the file to your SFTP server is optional: simply specify the server address, username, password, and destination directory. The file name can be automatically timestamped.
